SunCoast Skin – Cancellation and Non-Attendance Policy
Thank you for choosing SunCoast Skin. We are committed to providing high-quality care and appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain an efficient schedule.
Cancellation Notice
We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer your appointment to another patient and avoid disruptions to our schedule.
Cancellation Fees
· A $50 cancellation fee may apply if you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or fail to attend your appointment.
· For procedures or treatments where a deposit has been paid, a deposit may be forfeited if cancellation occurs without sufficient notice.
Prepaid Treatments
· If you have prepaid for a treatment and fail to attend without providing at least 48 hours’ notice, you may forfeit the value of that session. This means the missed appointment will be counted as used.
· We aim to be fair and understanding, especially in cases of genuine emergencies. Please contact us as soon as possible if you’re unable to attend.
Repeated Non-Attendance
· If a patient misses 2 appointment (e.g., skin checks, biopsies, dermatology or surgical appointments) without notice, full prepayment will be required before any future bookings.
· This ensures fairness and helps us manage appointment availability for all patients.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to attend due to illness, childcare issues, or other urgent matters, please contact us as soon as possible. We will consider alternative arrangements on a case-by-case basis.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to receive the full benefit of your treatment. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled.
