Cancellation Policy
When booking an appointment for a treatment at SunCoast Skin, we require a 50% Booking Fee be made over the phone at the time of booking your appointment. This Booking Fee will be deducted from the total amount of your treatment on the day you attend. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please call us on 5293 7644. We require 48 hours notice prior to your appointment time.
On payment of a Booking Fee but you do not show for your appointment, your Booking Fee becomes non-refundable. If you have a prepaid treatment, a treatment will be redeemed if you do not show for your appointment.
If you contact us and are not able to attend your appointment due to a medical emergency or extreme unforeseen circumstances, your Booking Fee will be retained on file and applied on your next appointment.
If you fail to turn up for a booked skin check, biopsy, surgical or dermatology appointment, a full fee will need to be paid upfront prior to booking the next appointment.
We understand that last minute cancellations can happen due to unforeseen circumstances, however, please keep in mind that we are a small business and if we do not receive 48 hours cancellation notice, then it is impossible for us to fill your vacant appointment on the day.
Please turn up for your appointment on time; if you are late for your appointment we will have to adjust your treatment time accordingly, or rebook your appointment.
