SunCoast Skin is a boutique, doctor-led private clinic in Coolum Beach, built on clinical integrity, thoughtful patient care, and a culture of excellence.
We are a small, high-performing team and value clinical excellence. We are seeking someone similar to invite into our clinical space.
As we grow, we are opening one dermal therapist position for a colleague with a genuine interest in skin health, aesthetics and dermatology. We are looking for an experienced therapist preferably with an established client base to help the clinic grow. This is an opportunity to practice in a well-supported, private billing environment with full nursing and administrative support, established patient demand, and strong clinical governance.
We value autonomy, professionalism, and efficiency — but equally, we value the person behind the practitioner. Our clinic is collaborative, respectful, and built around long-term relationships — with both patients and our team.
What We’re Seeking
• Diploma of Dermal Therapy Equivalent
• Confident in basic dermatology assessments and plans
• Comfortable managing patients and procedures independently
• Efficient, organised and respectful of clinic flow by running on time
• Values evidence-based, quality-first care
• Professional, well-presented and patient-focused
• Enjoys autonomy within a collaborative team
• Interested in long-term growth rather than short-term turnover
• Proficient with peels, microneedling, RF Needling, BBL and Laser (optional)
