How Does the BBL Hero work?
Light is passed through the skin and is absorbed by the browns (pigment) and reds (small 1 to 2mm thick blood vessels and cherry spots).
Various wavelengths are used to target browns and reds. Your base colour is also taken into consideration to prevent destruction of skin colour.
What is the BBL HERO suitable for?
Epidermal melasma
(Dermal, or deeper melasma can be made worse with the BBL HERO. They CAN be treated but require a little more pre-treatment with other modalities such as peels or laser prior to using the BBL HERO)
BBL HERO can offer effective treatments for active acne lesions. A combination of blue light and red light is used to stunt the growth of acne-causing bacteria and encourage cell regeneration

FOREVER FLAWLESS by BBL HERO
Forever Flawless targets pigmentation and fine vessels, restoring even tone and reducing redness. Suitable for the face, neck, décolletage, arms, and back, it typically requires 2–4 initial sessions a month apart, with 1–2 maintenance treatments yearly.
FOREVER YOUNG by BBL HERO
Forever Young rebuilds collagen and softens fine lines, helping maintain luminous, youthful skin. This is especially useful after advanced rejuvenation treatments. It can be a standalone treatment or part of our indulgent photofacial package.
SKIN TYTE by BBL HERO
As skin ages, it loses firmness and elasticity, leading to sagging and wrinkles—especially on the lower face and neck. SkinTyte uses infrared light to stimulate collagen and elastin, tightening skin on the face and body (arms, thighs, abdomen, buttocks). Most patients need 4–6 sessions 2 weeks apart, with results visible in weeks and improving over months.

Forever Clear uses advanced light therapy with a combination of blue and red light, to target acne, calm inflammation, and support healing for clearer, healthier skin.
BBL HERO Before and Aftercare
Before and aftercare is extremely important to ensure you get the results you want with the minimisation of side effects. Deviating from our recommendations may increase the risk of undesirable outcomes, such as scarring or pigmentation.
We advise no sun exposure in the week leading up to the treatment and in the week after, with strict sun avoidance in the first 3 days after the treatment
- Always wear lots of sunscreen when you go outside. Reapply every 2 hours
- Use non active skin care for the first 5 days. We suggest a light water based moisturiser or a ceramide based lotion
- Do not pick your scabs or the skin may hyperpigment and scar
